For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on jewelry once it has been delivered.

Each piece from Luvéa is considered a personal item — lovingly crafted and packaged for one woman only: you. We take extra care in quality checking every order before it leaves our studio. This ensures that your jewelry arrives in pristine condition, untouched, and made just for you.

🔁 Exchanges for Faulty or Incorrect Orders

We want you to fall in love with your Luvéa piece. If you received the wrong item — such as an incorrect size, style, color, or a faulty piece — please reach out to our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
